Boerevintage Gift Market was established in 2015 by Laetitia Kotze, a local mom, wife and small business owner from George in the Garden Route. She identified the need for a Gift Market with quality products and a huge variety to cater for the locals as well as the thousands of tourists that visit the Garden Route during  the December holidays.

The market started off on 16 December 2015 with only 50 stalls in a small hall and was held at the beautiful Tramonto Wedding Venue in Geelhoutboom, George.  Since then, it has grown into a Gift Market of more than 150 stalls with exhibitors from all over South Africa. It occupies a tented area of approximately 1400 square metres to accommodate all its exhibitors and visitors.

Last year the market was held at Redberry farm for the very first time. It was a phenomenal success with the attendance of 19300 verified visitors, the most ever in the history of the market.

This makes Boerevintage Gift Market on of the most attended public events in the Garden Route.

Not only does the Market give small businesses an opportunity to sell their products, it also employs around 30 people during the actual event period and manages to create a lucrative platform for 160 plus exhibitors and their staff on which to build their brand.
